Embrace an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position requires you to manage the comprehensive process of customer account creation and maintenance across various regions including Latin America and North America. As a key member of the Customer Master Data team, you will collaborate closely with the Order Management, Finance, and IT departments, ensuring seamless operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our organization's success while developing your professional skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Junior Customer Master Data Coordinator, you will develop expertise in a specific function, assuming ownership of the process per the assigned role.
Your primary responsibility involves the execution of data maintenance operations within the corporate information systems, which includes an array of activities such as:
- Managing and maintaining the customer master data, including setting up new accounts in multiple systems
- Managing and maintaining salesperson information related to customer setups
- Engaging in new projects and Database Cleanup
- Driving the comprehensive application of global and regional Customer Master Data processes
- Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time
- Participating in monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads
- Understanding that working as a team is a must and cooperation with others is essential
- Prioritizing team’s goals and contributing to keep a good working atmosphere in the workplace
Please note that this is a mixed shift position.
- English skills at B1/B2 level
- Elementary computer literacy
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is welcome
- Student / College graduated (preferred)
- Experience in Customer Master Data/Supply Chain/Customer Service/Order Management is welcome
- Ability to identify basic problems
- Ability to resolve basic issues within the process
- Knowledge where to find help to resolve an issue
- Team player attitude is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Capability to prioritize and efficiently handle various responsibilities
