Position Summary

The Lead Director, Business Analytics will provide strategic leadership and oversight for data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness. You will develop and implement comprehensive data collection and analysis strategies, leading the measurement and evaluation of programs, overseeing the creation of impactful reports and visualizations, providing strategic recommendations based on data insights, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring data governance and compliance, and driving continuous learning and skill development within the team. You will manage and optimize analytics processes, leveraging data for strategic planning, and guiding teams in delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  •  7-10 years relevant work experience
  • 5-7 years relevant Medicare experience
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g. Access, Excel)
  • Proficient at programming (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Mastery of using Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g. Access, Excel) and a programming language (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python)


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or similar discipline

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
