About the Role

负责中支公司营销员渠道部业务推动相关工作。

1.    配合省公司完成中支公司营销员渠道的各类业务奖励竞赛及业务会务活动     
1)    各类大型活动的具体实施工作（年度杰出荣誉颁奖典礼、业务启动大会）     
2)    各类业务竞赛推动（推动各类业务竞赛）     
3)    产品及各类主题的客户说明会的组织、举办     
4)    各类营销员渠道推动竞赛奖品的制作及发放     
5)    荣誉体系奖品及时制作并发放     
6)    对竞赛奖励及业务活动的跟踪，收集一线内外勤反馈及建议，在后续加以改进 
2.    合理管理控制各类活动竞赛预算     
3.    有效控制成本，确保各类业务活动举办控制在预算内，完成各类预算及费用统计报告 
4.    根据部门指引，完成各项工作     
1)    及时完成奖品发放     
2)    配合完成旅游竞赛及会务活动
5.    执行主管安排的其他事宜
