As a Sr Supervisor, operations, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading an experienced team to achieve KPI targets for Safety, Service, Quality and Cost
  • Work closely with Warehouse operations, Quality, Manufacturing and Planning teams to identify and continually improve top opportunities identified to achieve high level standards of execution.
  • Constantly monitor and coach the Operations team to drive people engagement, collaboration, continuous improvement mindset and people development that positively impact our internal and external customers.
  • Develop strategies and provide strong analytical support to improve Operational performance.
  • Ensure all practices and standards are followed to drive a very high level of awareness and importance in every employee in the organization.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to the start) from an accredited institution.
    • Five (5) years of Operations and manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    • Experience in operational excellence and lean implementation.
    • Skills including budget management, operational KPI monitoring and control.
    • Demonstrated coaching, interpersonal communication and team leadership skills.
    • History of successfully applying business knowledge to support business needs and goals.
    • Self-motivated, organized and results oriented.
    • Develop and improve SOPs within the scope of operations.
    • Experience with manufacturing in clean room environments
    • Proficiency with quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100

    Work location:

    • On-site Hutchinson

    Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

    Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.

    Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
