What you will do-

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Supply Planner. A person successful in this role will be responsible for various aspects of supply chain management, including production scheduling, supplier management, metric tracking and reporting, inventory and safety stock management, and Power BI dashboard creation. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure a high service level is provided to customers, while controlling business costs
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize resource utilization and minimize lead times
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries while controlling cost
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze supply chain performance using PowerBI and Excel
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate metrics and trends to cross-functional teams that drive actionable outcomes
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs
  • Monitor and adjust safety stock levels based on demand forecasts and market trends

 

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree - required
  • Microsoft Excel experience - required
  • Production/planning/scheduling work experience - preferred
  • ERP systems and computer software experience - preferred
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry - preferred

$56,000.00 - $101,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
