Total Customer Experience Program Supply Chain Deliver Lead

Description -

The TCE SC (Total Customer Experience Supply Chain) Deliver Lead will be responsible for driving strategic programs around orchestration end-to-end deliver domain TCE initiatives to drive speed and predictability improvements. This role will provide overall governance definition, structure, and cadence, develop an analytical framework, executive-ready information and/or recommendations, lead improvement formulation and implementation, and provide department expertise on processes. They will also support executive alignment and oversight of the organization, resourcing, and escalation handling. The role requires implementing standardization, execution, and improvements within the TCE program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to gather, analyze, and present relevant data for strategic decision-making.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate business performance.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities in the business environment and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate financial and strategic insights to senior management and key stakeholders, providing recommendations for action.
  • Appreciate the corporate business vision and priorities and socialize with executive leaders to define priorities for the function.
  • Define and govern the business operating model to ensure effectiveness in executive reviews/workshop cadence.
  • Drive and support organization design and effectiveness.
  • Lead the Supply Chain TCE Governance forum coordinating timely transformation project updates and performance views that illustrate improvement or corrective action.
  • Manage deployment of TCE views into Business Unit attainment discussions.
  • Independently structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies by applying advanced, in-depth supply chain knowledge.

  • Interprets benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectives.
  • Conducts investigation and prepares business case and financial analysis for supply chain projects and programs.
  • Leads large, cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
  • Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities.
  • Works with key stakeholders as required to optimize supply chain solutions and provide input into new process capability requirements, driving an improved implementation experience and high adoption rate.
  • Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall supply chain strategies and long-term goals of the organization.
  • Leverages industry and subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas in supply chain projects and programs.
  • Creates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, supply chain, operations, logistics or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Story-telling and Executive Presentation skills.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills; mastery in English.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Project management skills, with the capability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies that impact the organization.
  • Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management.
