The Clinical Education team are responsible for delivering the highest level of quality and satisfaction for our customers regarding training and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical training courses for customers and/or employees, in the use of complex situations for multiple products.
  • Instruct participants in classroom/hospital settings, laboratory sessions, virtual online instructor led teaching sessions, as well as contribute towards future online teaching content.
  • Interact with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses, review and help to optimize the course content of customer courses and review learning evaluation and feedback with customers.
  • Prepare lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation.
  • Work with Engineering, Marketing, Technical Support and Manufacturing teams, to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
  • Follow up to determine applicability of course material, evaluates courses and analyzes evaluation data, revises courses according to the evaluation.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience, within a clinical setting is essential.
  • International experience is desired as is the ability to deliver learning in English and another European language.
  • Experience in learning delivery, organization of learning and the evaluation of learning is desired.
  • Comfortable to work within a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility and ability for travel (approximately 30%) within EMEA, as required.  
  • Experience Level with Business Tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and data.
  • Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
