What You’ll do on a Typical Day :
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the HR and recruitment team in executing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring smooth candidate management, and maintaining positive communication between applicants and the company. This role involves administrative tasks, scheduling, communication with candidates, and providing logistical support to the recruitment team.
Candidate Management:
Update and validate the list of 'offered yet to join' candidates by collaborating with recruiters
Keep candidates informed, supported, and excited about joining our organization.
Share updates/insights with hiring leaders via weekly mailers
Administrative Support:
Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documents such as interview guides, job descriptions, and offer letters.
Assist in drafting and sending out offer letters and employment contracts.
Maintain accurate records of candidate data and recruitment metrics in the HRIS.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the HR and recruitment team to understand hiring needs and prioritize recruitment activities.
Provide support to hiring managers and team members throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in the onboarding process by gathering and processing required documentation for new hires.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Track Background verification reports and ensure adherence to process
What We're looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Workday system experience highly preferred
