As a valued member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in managing withholding tax (WHT) reclaims for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include reconciling, processing, and submitting WHT tax reclaim payments to tax authorities worldwide, ensuring that our clients receive the maximum benefits from dividend and interest distributions. You will also be responsible for addressing queries from tax authorities and clients, providing support to other tax-related processes, participating in client onboarding, and assisting in the preparation of special reports and ad-hoc projects.
 

Your key responsibilities:

• Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim payments processing to Citi Clients
• Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes
• Building safe environment to test new solutions and outside the box thinking
• Challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risk
• Assisting in development of junior team members
   

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Ability to organize work efficiently and on timely manner
• Strong creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to develop and learn fast
