The Trauma Program Manager (TPM) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the trauma program in collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director. This role ensures the delivery of optimal trauma care through coordination of interdisciplinary services, performance improvement, trauma registry management, staff education, injury prevention, and administrative functions. The TPM is responsible for program development, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement aligned with ACS Level II Trauma Center standards. The TPM serves as a key liaison between trauma services and hospital leadership, advocating for necessary resources and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across the trauma continuum.
