What would you do? The role requires someone who works cooperatively with the Business Operations Stakeholders to develop & execute the Business Operations strategy, provide operational insights, and support business growth. The role requires strong collaboration skills and a track record of management of operations activities like: cross function collaboration, project management, reporting & cost management, forecasting and pipeline management, and communication management.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Primary responsibilities include:
• Act as a strategic business partner for the leadership team in the specified business area.
• Assist in execution and implementation of business strategy, initiatives and ensuring alignment among stakeholders through business data and insights.
• Provide leadership with essential analytics and insights, collaborating closely across corporate functions on Sales, Revenue - Business KPI’s.
• Establish and manage the governance structure, including organizing recurring leadership meetings and business reviews, as well as supporting leadership reviews and requests.
• Work directly with enablement teams, Sales, Finance, and HR teams to support various operational aspects, including fiscal year planning, performance metric analysis and reporting (e.g., pipeline, BD, sales, revenue, CCI, chargeability), and executing action plans for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to lead engagement initiatives within Business Operations, such as the Community of Practice site, Town Halls, local office connects, practice newsletters, and learning boards. Offer guidance, leadership, and oversight to people engagement teams.
• Coordinate and align with other Business Operations Leads as needed, sharing best practices and programs.
