Job Description:

As a People Analytics intern, you will support a new global service team to deliver business intelligence to all P&C teams, partners, and business customers. Support the transformation of the P&C organization into a data-driven and insight-led culture. Contribute to a team that enables business leaders and the People Team to make high-quality decisions about the workforce's future and company growth. You will report to the Sr Manager People Analytics. This is an unpaid internship.

Possible Projects/Responsibilities:

  • Using proxy data and advising stakeholders of data nuances to enable success.
  • Design solutions that enable self-service people analytics for managers and employees.
  • Provide insights into the people operations of the company, including key historical trends and predictive modeling.
  • Analyze and collect data for multiple types of business reports.
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers in a way that informs action.
  • Develop the change management and engagement activities that influence, educate and persuade key stakeholders on the need for standard metric definitions and the incorporation of a broad set of data.
  • Identify and foster people analytics champions and partners throughout the People Team and broader organization.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining before your date of discharge and you have at least 180 days of active service remaining.
  • Obtain approval from your unit commander.
  • MOU must be approved and submitted before start.
