We are looking for an intern to join the AUM Analytics and Reporting team. You will be responsible for performing a multitude of analytical oriented tasks to support various processes related to aggregation, reconciliation and delivery of firm wide assets under management (AUM) and flows.

Your key tasks will include but not be limited to daily and monthly data processing and review, responding to internal requests, performing analysis, data comparisons & reconciliation and participating in efficiency projects.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of  Intern - AUM Analytics and Reporting Team ?

  • Support the data processing for daily and monthly AUM reporting,

  • Automation and efficiency projects,

  • Resolution of data differences working with internal IT resources,

  • Participate in weekly team and project-oriented meetings as needed,

  • Multi-task and prioritize the workload effectively,

  • Communicate and escalate potential issues at earliest possible opportunity,

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Current student status

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written),

  • Computer skills with experience working in a Windows & Excel environment,

  • Business Analytics and Automation tools experience preferred (Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Automate, Python, etc.),

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details,

  • Very good organizational skills,

  • Self-reliance and self-discipline at work,

  • Availability to work 25- 30 hours per week.
