As Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of a diverse community, passionate about using technology to solve some of the biggest challenges in clinical research. Your mission is to co-develop and promote our products, creating compelling engagement strategies and collateral. You are key to helping customers see the potential benefit they can realize from Paradigm’s transformative approach. 

You will be a self-motivated storyteller developing compelling, differentiated content around our platform, its capabilities, and its value. Your efforts will be centered around a diverse slate of clinical personas in the life sciences industry and you will play a key role in creating market opportunities and accelerating our growth. 

What you’ll do:

  • Product positioning and marketing strategy: including providing the customer voice to inform the product teams
  • Digital and in-person campaigns and customer engagement: Create content and engagement strategies to generate awareness and interest in products. Develop and conduct demos for our audiences
  • Core messaging and customer-facing collateral: (infographics, blogs, case studies, website content, videos) to move customers through the buying journey
  • Sales/Partnerships enablement: Enable sales and partnerships with crucial sales tools that allow them to communicate and prove the value of our platform.
  • Launches: Support launches of new products and releases for both internal and external audiences to highlight new capabilities and value provided for clients
  • Competitive Intelligence: Be deeply knowledgeable in your understanding of the market landscape and alternative options for customers, including evolving technologies, and possess a savviness in the clinical trial ecosystem
  • Be deeply knowledgeable of key competitors' strengths/weaknesses and reasons for competitive wins/losses (including in-house or custom development) and create tools that enable Sales

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical software & technology companies 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. You possess time and tenure in the discipline of product marketing 
  • Prolific and expert writer and content creator. You are a storyteller at your core and possess a nuanced understanding of a diverse range of audiences in the life sciences industry
  • B2B product marketing background within healthcare and life sciences verticals
  • Strong project management skills, with acute attention to detail
  • Experience working with an enterprise customer base and sales force
  • Ability to engage and educate buyers and users in a variety of personas
