What you'll do:

  • Dive head-first into designing, analyzing, and developing projects

  • Transform Expedia's global requirements by refining our Workday platform

  • Get hands-on! Design, configure, and roll out Workday module changes

  • Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies/ processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries

  • Assist with a whole systems approach to analyze issues by ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) are identified and accounted for

  • Researches and analyzes complex technical data using statistical methods

  • Join our cross-functional team to tackle system and integration glitches and ensure our data's right

  • Engage with our Devs, Product Masters, Tech Gurus, and Support Engineers to make those tech dreams a reality

  • Support backlog refinement, spring planning and delivery of committed work, by providing technical suggestions, estimating required effort, identifying risks and dependencies, and surfacing impediments

  • Proactively reach out to meet peers across the environment and collaborates to solve problems

  • Craft runbooks

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years experience in Workday HCM, Time & Absence or any additional module configuration

  • Ability to create Workday reports and dashboards

  • Knowledge in Workday/Workday Pro HCM or any other module badge

  • Keen on pursuing automation and data integration opportunities

  • Earned a Bachelor's or Master's in info science, comp sci, or business or rocked the real world with equivalent experience

  • Helps coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts when developing solutions to issues

  • Thinks broadly and understand how, why, and when policies/processes are standardized and when they differ across the organization

  • Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecyle, SOX Compliance and experience in tools like Jira & Service Now

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $86,000.00 to $120,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $137,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
