Key Responsibilities
Operational & Commercial Support
Document the full order-to-install process from order confirmation through installation, including stakeholders, steps, dependencies, and documents.
Create a structured Installed Base (IB) overview for ULS to support Sales strategy, account prioritization, and lifecycle insights.
Develop clear summaries or dashboards to communicate findings to Operations, Field Service, and Sales.
Innovation & R&D Support
Assist with research and analysis of emerging medical technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for new concepts and solutions.
Support early-stage prototyping (e.g., CAD design, 3D printing, basic electronics assembly), where applicable.
Conduct literature reviews and collect data to inform technical specs and design requirements.
Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports to communicate progress and insights.
Participate in user research activities and provide usability insights.
Collaboration & Project Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical specialists, Operations, Field Service, Sales).
Support project management tasks, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Medical Technology or a related technical field (e.g., Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science); 2nd-year student preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
Interest in MedTech operations, service workflows, installed base management, and product innovation.
Basic understanding of design thinking and product development methodologies.
CAD proficiency (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and familiarity with rapid prototyping (e.g., 3D printing) are a plus.
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB) are an advantage.
Fluency in Dutch and English required.
