What to Expect: As an Industrial Maintenance Laborer, you will perform corrective and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment. This position is expected to assist other Maintenance Technicians while learning to work more independently.

What We Offer:

• Multi-Shift Openings: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift. Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization.
  • 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • 2nd shift: Monday – Friday , 3p.m. – 11 p.m.

Your Role Day to Day: As an Industrial Maintenance Laborer, you will handle general maintenance tasks such as implementing preventive maintenance program as directed as well as general carpentry, plumbing, furniture assembly, painting, cleaning, etc.

What you will have (Basic Requirements):

• 1+ years of experience performing industrial maintenance and labor such as painting and simple repairs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment diagrams
• Safe and effective use of common maintenance tools
• Ability to lift up to 35+ lbs.

Top Candidates Will Also Have (Preferrred Requirements):

• Prior experience within a Caterpillar facility
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and installation of manufacturing machine components

All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar:

Summary Pay Range:

$23.45 - $29.35

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
