What will you do  

You will work to support our Installation teams creating & delivering a combination of Project Management, Tools & Process training, as well as acting Program Lead for the delivery of global initiatives supporting the EMEALA Installation business, for the fast-paced Johnson Controls. 

You will have a passion for learning and all things technical and will be able to take that passion to help build Project Management Capabilities in our EMEALA Install teams. You will also closely partner with other our global learning teams and serve as the Learning Partner to the EMEALA Installation Excellence VP. Your team will touch employees, distributors and customers. This position will require you to also come to the table prepared to lead and partner with the design and development team to define the best learning approaches, bringing problem-solving and hard work to everything you do.

  • Experienced in leveraging learning technology to enhance the learner experience to accelerate learning and change to deliver business outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to create content rapidly and leverage learning technology to build and deploy accessible, relevant, useful content.

  • Work closely with the Design and Development Leader to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for diverse learning audience(s)

  • Guide the project team to set learning priorities across a diverse and dynamic landscape

  • Communicate and manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholders

  • Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables in region. 

  • Understand technology and current curriculum in order to participate in the effective design of learning and performance support tools

What we look for 

Required 

  • Project Manager & Project Manager Trainer experience

  • Holds PMI or PMBOK Certification

  • Experience collaborating with instructors, IDs, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers and stakeholders

  • Strong writing and communication skills in order to clearly articulate processes and requirements

  • Excellent influencing skills with all levels of the organisation, and practiced in change management across a complex, multicultural environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability able to influence at a senior level

  • Realizes the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes

Preferred

  • Knowledge and understanding of our products of installation business

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or relevant Project Management degree & recognised Certification

  • Previous experience supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA region

  • Experience working in multinational organisation

  • Conversation level of Spanish/ German/ French/ Italian/ Dutch
