For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Senior Recruitment Advisor role.

The purpose of this role is to manage the attraction and selection of individuals for Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw ensuring we attract and select the highest quality from the widest possible pool in the most cost-efficient and effective way.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Coordination:

  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Serve as the principal contact for Hiring Managers.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify needs and develop a resourcing plan.

  • Validate and refine job descriptions.

Sourcing and Attraction Strategy:

  • Develop innovative strategies to attract the right candidates.

  • Collaborate with global teams to align on recruitment messaging.

  • Provide market intelligence and advice on talent landscapes.

Selection and Assessment:

  • Build relationships with recruitment team to enhance candidate experience.

  • Manage partnerships to ensure a diverse, high-quality candidate pool.

  • Implement consistent selection tools and methods.

  • Advise on online testing, case studies, and selection decisions.

  • Ensure fair assessment and challenge Hiring Managers when necessary.

Process and Management Information:

  • Ensure adherence to recruitment procedures, including the use of Workday.

  • Manage stakeholder interactions and produce management information reports.

  • Support Hiring Managers in using recruitment systems efficiently.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain agency relationships and internal stakeholder connections.

  • Act as an advisor on recruitment issues and champion global recruitment capabilities.

  • Network with external contacts to stay informed on best practices.

Employer Branding:

  • Organise and participate in work fairs and brand events as Linklaters Ambassador.

  • Promote Linklaters in approved social media channels and assist in creating branding materials.

Key Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in coordinating end-to-end recruitment projects including volume recruitment to professional services area.

  • Strong expertise regarding rules and regulations concerning hiring in Poland.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong understanding of current market trends and previous experience at being an advisor regarding effective candidate sourcing and market conditions.

  • Proven successful track record as a contact point for international Hiring Managers.

  • Deep understanding of selection techniques and sourcing options.

  • Very good interviewing skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong planning, organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proactive team approach.

  • Computer proficiency with skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluency at English and Polish.

Location

  • Warsaw - hybrid model (2 days per week at the office)
