What You Will Do:

We are a international team of HR professionals located across Europe supporting a wider international region that spans out across the Middle East and Canada. We are keen to bring on a Human Resources Senior Associate. We work closely and professionally and look to develop and have fun while doing it.

You will provide support to management and employees with engagement programs, performance management, operational excellence, and legal compliance. You will contribute to advance the company’s vision and business goals and achieve the human capital strategy.

You will be responsible for the following:

Business Partnering

  • Act as a business partner and advisor to the UAE and support the HCBP’s with the UK, France and Canada.

HR operational excellence

  • Support the local HR administration and payroll requirements together with the HR Associate and support from our centralized HR Operations team and Payroll team. There is a big focus on automation and leveraging capabilities of Workday and other systems. Set up and improve the efficiency of HR-related services and policies and analyze trends and metrics.

Employee engagement

Performance management

  • Support managers and employees throughout the annual performance management cycle, where we look for our people to excel and grow. Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.

What You Will Need:

  • You are educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience acquired by other means, and are looking for a second or third career step in HR. You have solid HR generalist experience.

  • At least 4 (four) years relevant experience.

  • A thorough background in HR processes impacting the Employee lifecycle.

  • Ability to make genuine connections with people and partner with HR and business stakeholders internationally.

  • Demonstrated success in supporting HR Programs in a matrix and global business environment.

  • Outstanding communication skills.

  • Positive minded and looking to contribute to great team atmosphere.

  • Thrives by working across the international organization, sets own agenda and has solid time management skills.
