Junior EMEA Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical, corporate and sales roles for our entities spread across the EMEA countries.

You will also manage effective candidates and hiring manager communication, providing insights into local market conditions to the hiring managers. This role is part of the EMEA Recruiting team located in our office in Gdansk. You will cooperate with the team of HR and Recruitment professionals helping build the future of Arrow – one hire at a time.

What are we looking for?  

• Recruitment – previous experience as a recruiter for EMEA countries

• Language skills – English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders (C1 level)

• Communication – ability to approach convince and partner with the hiring managers, candidates and wider HR team

• Teamwork – collaborate with the EMEA team to achieve its goals, learn and share knowledge

• Creativity and innovation – thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness
