MetaScrum Master Role Job Description
The MetaScrum Master is a pivotal role in agile project management, designed to enhance collaboration, alignment, and efficiency across multiple Scrum teams. This role requires a blend of traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with additional oversight and coordination among various teams to ensure cohesive project progress and alignment with overarching business objectives.
