• Responsible for managing all OCONUS procurement, subcontracting, and logistics operations during project implementation. This includes identifying and managing subcontractors, overseeing the purchase and delivery of equipment and materials, and developing logistical plans that support surveys, procurement, installations, testing, training, commissioning activities. The role will ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, government regulations, internal policies and procedures and quality standards.
• Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and conduct procurement for technical equipment and services throughout the project period of performance
  • Develop and execute equipment procurement and logistical plans
  • Manage and track inventory of government property
  • Ensure compliance for procurement and subcontracting activities with project requirements, US and PH government regulations, and local import/export requirements
  • Assist with tax exemption and customs clearance process
