Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Good to have) Exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or employee lifecycle processes
Certifications
(Good to have) Certification or coursework in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or People Management
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, onboarding, or post-offer lifecycle management
Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding pipelines with multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of HRMS, ATS, and onboarding workflows
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or global environments
Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and translate insights into operational improvements Experience in delivering scalable, high-impact solutions within a global environment.
Skills
Technical/Domain
Strong knowledge of end-to-end onboarding and post-selection processes
Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and onboarding platforms
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline tracking and reporting
Ability to design, improve, and maintain onboarding trackers, SOPs, and communication templates
