Job Title: Process Technician

Process Technician - We are looking for exceptional candidates for our Process Technician positions at our Van Buren, Arkansas manufacturing facility.

 Position Summary: 

Process Technicians in our Van Buren Plant are responsible for monitoring and controlling chemical manufacturing processes, cleaning and maintaining equipment with a high emphasis on personal and food safety

 We use innovative technology to turn raw materials into distinctive, high quality ingredients for our customers. These ingredients are used in products that millions of people around the world use or consume every day.

Starting compensation is $ 23.75 per hour with the opportunity to advance to $27.65 per hour.  Benefits include medical/dental/prescription coverage, 401 (k), life insurance and more.

 Qualifications:

Ability to learn new concepts and information using process procedures, manuals and diagrams

Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information, both written and verbal

Ability to use Microsoft Office products  

Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb stairs, climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties

Must be able to work shift work, including weekends and holidays 

Must be able to demonstrate basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills

Licensed Boiler Operator in Arkansas strongly preferred.

Education & Work Experience:

High school diploma/equivalent or higher education required

Mechanical or chemical equipment operating experience desired
