Job Responsibilities: 

•  Calculate incentive bonuses for sales team members using SQL, optimize its performance and ensuring data integrity. 
• Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of sales incentive programs. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues to ensure reports can be delivered in timely manner. 
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
• Work with other departments to ensure that incentive programs are aligned with company goals. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, business intelligence, information technology, data management, or other related fields. 
• Advanced knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts. 
• The ability to create fast and efficient database queries, including joining and cross-referencing cells from several tables. 
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills.
