What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to join our Dairy Plant located in Valdosta, GA. This role is crucial in supporting Reliable Operations within our operations, fostering continuous improvement, and upholding a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance planning strategies and plans to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate and supervise all maintenance planning activities, including scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance plans, making necessary adjustments based on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team
  • Project Management: Define scopes of work and project objectives, manage project plans, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Monitor budgets and costs while presenting comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.
  • Process Development: Develop and refine processes to enhance operational reliability by analyzing data and assessing critical business components such as workflows and performance indicators.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with maintenance associates to identify improvement opportunities and formulate executable improvement solutions with clear implementation plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional and cross-functional teams, maintaining consistent communication with maintenance teams to ensure alignment on improvement solutions and the fulfillment of business needs.
  • Leadership: Provide supervision and developmental opportunities for two direct reports, offering mentorship and guidance to facilitate their professional growth.
  • Compliance and Integrity: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while upholding the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in reliability management, operations, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with a record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience supervising direct reports
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
