Chief Strategy OfficerBullish is seeking a Specialist, Treasury and Trading Operations to provide crucial support to the Director and broader team in managing daily treasury and trading activities across digital assets, traditional fiat assets, and investment instruments. This position will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiencies, support for the execution of trades, and support for those maintaining relationships with various counterparties.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist in balance sheet and liquidity reporting, as well as group liquidity management.
Partner with the CFO, management team and business development functions to generate yield opportunities for digital and fiat assets and support the execution of these.
Collaborate with management and business development functions assisting to ensure deal structures are effectively operationalized.
Support the Director in managing treasury and trading counterparty relationships, including banks, custodians, trading venues, and market data providers.
Assist in providing middle-office support for asset management activities, including maintaining trading infrastructure and resolving operational issues.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and Operations to enable seamless operation of activities.
Aid in project-specific financial forecasting, financial analysis, liquidity risk assessment, and creation of financial models to support decision-making by senior management.
Help support the development, monitoring, and management of the organization's counterparty relationships with banks, custodians, trading venues and market data providers, assisting with tasks including treasury administration, account openings, updating mandates and performance monitoring.
Support management and the team to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and statutory requirements relevant to Treasury and Trading Operations.
Support Finance teams in month-end processes, as needed.
Assist to facilitate additional reporting responsibilities related to group assets, risks, and liquidity for senior management.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or treasury operations.
Familiarity with digital assets, financial markets, derivatives, and risk management.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different geographies.
Proficiency in Excel and basic coding skills would be advantageous.
A proactive attitude, high level of ownership, and ability to handle confidential information.
Demonstratively strong interest in the digital asset industry and in staying updated with industry trends.
