CACI is seeking a Business Analyst in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force.  The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model. This is a Hybrid position located in Chantilly, VA.

The Opportunity:

In this role you will facilitate enterprise discovery and automated discovery workshops with Government stakeholders to validate discovery approach and scope.  You will then work with those sources and a team of integration developers, cybersecurity engineers, and data analysts to determine the integration approach, identify networking changes, understand the data schema, and develop thirteen integrations between those sources and Axonius.  This includes configuring data mapping between authoritative source and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as required and documenting the integration to train POC(s) on actions to take when they change their system.  Your will also need to design and develop ServiceNow to store data from the integration into the CMDB.

In this role you will coordinate with the Government to validate the required CI attributes and the corresponding authoritative sources that should be included within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The expectation is that these requirements largely align to information contained within the Air Force Information Network (AFIN) Attribute Catalog and the IT Asset Management Lifecycle and Data Model. The Business Analyst will coordinate with the Government to ensure that data added to the CMDB is in compliance with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other applicable standards.

You will derive requirements and design integrations between authoritative sources and Axonius. The business analyst will memorialize the integration design within an Interface Control Document (ICD) and coordinate with the owners of the authoritative sources to establish Memoranda of Understanding or Agreement (MOU/MOA). The integrations shall be designed to maximize automation while accounting for technical and cybersecurity limitations of the sources. Integration mechanisms may include, but are not limited to web services, direct connection, file transfer and import, etc. The integrations are to execute on set schedules or response to defined trigger events.

The business analyst will develop training materials for owners of authoritative systems, based on the ICD and MOU/MOA to coordinate changes in their system which may impact CMDB integrations and/or data.

The business analyst will also derive requirements for ServiceNow reports & dashboards that allow for measurement and tracking of the completeness and recency of CI attribute data and CI-to-CI relationships.
