You will find yourself working on driving product reliability program for multidisciplinary projects across all platforms and all disciplines. You will have the chance to work together with R&D making  the final product to be more robust and reliable.

The high-end mechanical/electrical & motion requirements from PDC systems will motivate you to combine your technical insights together and develop multidisciplinary experience.

What you'll be doing:

Participate and present in formal design reviews and engineering meetings to drive reliability initiatives Perform Reliability Risk assessment FMEA, suggest mitigation plan and work with module designer to close the gaps Prepare and approve laboratory or vendor reliability test plans Perform allocation, purchasing and modeling of modules, components, jigs needed for reliability tests Assist in design and lab integration of automated test setups including mechanics, electronics, SW Perform testing of modules and systems end to end. Assist in the statistical analysis of test and field data Work with abroad vendors to define and track reliability program progress.

What you should have?

  • M.sc in Mechanical / Electrical student - with at least 2 semesters left.

Reliability:

  • Previous experience in reliability domain – Advantage
  • Reliasoft SW experience - Advantage

Electronics:

  • Instruments: Scope, Signal Generator, DMM, Lab PSU, Climatic chamber etc.. - Advantage
  • Data Acquisition: Digital I/O, Analog I/O, Temperature Acquisition etc.. - Advantage
  • Controllers: Motion controllers, PLC -Advantage
  • Wiring and cabling capabilities - Advantage

Mechanics:

  • Knowledge in pneumatics: pistons, manifolds, solenoids, fitting etc.. -Advantage
  • Solidworks CAD experience

               Script & Programs:

  • Experience in Python or Similar SW languages: - Advantage
    • Communicate with HW (serial commination, DLL, ethernet communication etc..)
    • Logging features, write test data to excel
  • MS office (Excel advanced) -Mandatory
