---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Delivery Ops Team Lead WORK SETUP: Return to Office RESPONSIBILITIES: • Team Leadership and Supervision o Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 10 to 15 support engineers to ensure high performance, productivity, and job satisfaction. o Conduct daily or weekly team meetings to set priorities, discuss progress, and address any challenges. o Monitor team performance and provide feedback, support, and coaching to enhance individual and group productivity. o Act as the point of contact for escalated issues and provide effective resolutions. • Operational Efficiency o Ensure team members adhere to established workflows, standards, and processes to achieve business goals and maintain operational efficiency. o Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and meeting service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs). o Optimize operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements. o Ensure that quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently met. • Training and Development o Develop and participate ongoing training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development within the team. • Performance Management o Set clear goals and expectations for team members and track their performance against key metrics. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback on strengths and areas for development. o Identify and address performance issues, providing corrective actions as needed. o Recognize and reward team achievements and milestones. • Collaboration and Communication o Work closely with other teams within 1PP and client to ensure smooth coordination of operations and a seamless flow of information. o Liaise with Operations Manager and or Senior leadership to report on team performance, key metrics, and progress toward goals. o Provide operational insights and suggestions during planning meetings or strategy sessions. • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making o Quickly address operational challenges, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. o Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary. o Ensure team members are empowered to handle operational issues and make decisions when appropriate. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard Team Lead Profile • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery • At least 3 years supervisory experience
