We are looking for someone with: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance product development or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle management and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Haves: 

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will: 

  • Assist in the end-to-end product development process, from regulatory approval to implementation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with proposition, actuarial and underwriting teams to develop product pricing, risk assessments, and profitability analyses.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, promotional strategies, and sales support materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development process.
  • Prepare and present product proposals, business cases, and performance reports to related stakeholders
  • Support the creation of policy documents, training materials, and other product-related documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist in their development.
