Why Patients Need You
At Pfizer, our mission is to inspire a best-in-class culture of continuous improvement and project management that empowers colleagues and enables simple, effective processes, whilst always adhering to our compliance responsibilities. Whether you are managing projects or liaising with others, your contribution to this team will help make our work easier and faster so that we can deliver breakthroughs that change patients' lives.
What You Will Achieve
Your organisational skills will help us integrate our continuous improvement program within ClopineCENTRAL (software as a medical device (SaMD) platform) both vertically and horizontally. Involvement vertically means working up and down the internal structure. This involves aligning goals and continuous improvement areas from the local Clopine cross-functional team. For cross-functional team colleagues, this will ensure that strategic objectives are effectively communicated and implemented. Involvement horizontally means partnering with various stakeholders and business units within the cross-functional team. This involves collaboration and coordination between various functions, such as but not limited to Digital, Legal, Medical Affairs, Clopine Services Team, Commercial, Drug Safety, Medical Information, and Regulatory Affairs. As ClopineCENTRAL Program Manager, you will support the program by taking care of program delivery, project governance, and continuous improvement within ClopineCENTRAL (SaMD platform). Your knowledge and skills will contribute to the goals and objectives of the team. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.
It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.
