Meet the team:
You will join a newly formed team, working with distributors across a number of countries in the Eastern Cluster
You will connect with the extended team supporting the cluster and with partners both inside and outside the company, across a variety of business areas
You will have the ability to truly shape the role and have an immediate impact on the lives of people living with diabetes
We’re in search of someone who is motivated to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. Aligning closely with peer marketing colleagues, you will have the opportunity to provide direction for the region, and make a difference from day one.
The role is home based, but with scheduled team meetings at the office in Camberley, Surrey.
Where you come in:
You will:
Have ownership for a group of strategically important countries within the cluster, focused on developing relationships with the distributor, understanding the country needs and ensuring the execution and activities are aligned with the broader company strategy
Collaborate with EMEA and other in-country Marketing Teams, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure the cluster messaging, positioning and executions are aligned
Be the team expert for HCP marketing, sharing initiatives and priorities, inputting into regional projects that affect the region, and taking responsibility for the cluster strategy
Develop the Professional Educational plan for the wider cluster, delivering messaging and support centrally, whilst ensuring content is relevant and impactful
Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes
What makes you successful:
You will have experience working within a regulated market (healthcare/pharmaceuticals) – but tenacious and keen to find new ways of approaching problems
You will have a track record of developing successful HCP-orientated strategies and campaigns, and development of a KOL program
You thrive in organisations where you are encouraged to go beyond the norm and the traditional routes of execution (especially for HCP education)
You can build strong relationships internally and externally, to ensure all stakeholders are focused on the same objectives
You have a demonstrable record of leadership in marketing including business plan development, product launches, defining and controlling of marketing budgets
You have experience of managing distributor partners & leading marketing efforts across multiple countries
You will be highly organised, be a self-starter, multi-tasker and problem solver, with a deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
