About the Role

岗位：Manager, Bancassurance City Head

岗位职责：

1.     根据年度规划和目标，部署年度重点工作及项目，以达成分公司下发的业务目标

2.     根据分公司战略和业务需求，发展和维护本地区银行渠道的合作关系，开拓地方性银行的合作机遇

3.     组织实施渠道拓展活动完成渠道合作项目的推动，指导和督促业务经理，实施渠道拓展活动达成渠道目标

4.     组织实施对银行销售人员的培训，提升销售技能，提高网点活动率和网点产能

5.     内部销售团队的建立培养和管理，强化专业能力

6.     监督支公司部门整体营运成本，控制预算

7.     内部营运流程的管理

8.     合规及业务品质管理

任职要求：

1.     大学本科以上学历。

2.     5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上管理销售团队经验并具有市场开拓能力。

3.     各银行有稳定的合作关系，熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度，了解行业规则。

4.     沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳。

5.     中英文俱佳。

6.     思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。

7.     性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。
