WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join for a 6-month internship starting February 1st, 2025 at our Nike and Converse European Headquarters. Our ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor/Master Degree student or equivalent within Business, Fashion Management, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or other related fields
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational awareness skills
Bold, solo and information seeking attitude
Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Business or Fashion are a plus (please include in your CV)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple partners
A global attitude and ideally a passion for sport!
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution)
Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st, 2025
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Manage product information in our systems (key styles, materials, color, innovation both for footwear and apparel) and maintain data throughout the season
Acquire Consumer and Marketplace Insights through focus groups, trend research, retail visits
Business analytics of acquired data to support informed merchandising conclusions
Build product assortments to hand over to the Sales department
Participate in compiling and delivering presentations within the business
Support the team with reporting and leading projects based on business needs
Gather data: Interviews, research and analysis in order to gather stores inventory and category process
Create a process map and seasonal roadmap with cut-offs and results that set the team up for success
Understand trends in the sports industry and the retail market
Liaise with multiple cross functional teams across Nike Inc. to deliver consumer right assortment critical metrics, connecting with team such as Digital Direct, Demand Planning and Inventory Management
Work on special projects that develop during each season with a focus on the digital marketplace and the shifts in consumer behavior
