Position Overview

As an L2 Mid-Level Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the product roadmap for our reporting and insights domain. This area focuses on empowering customers to understand how product features drive their business outcomes, operational reporting, and actionable insights that stimulate positive behaviours.

Initially, your efforts will be delivery-focused, allowing you to onboard, learn the domain, and gradually take ownership of the roadmap and strategy. This role offers opportunities to develop broad and deep expertise across the product, fostering growth into various future directions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product epics to align with Product OKRs, focusing on delivering reporting tools and insights that enhance customer ROI and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Product Leadership to develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it is understandable, accurate, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Gain deep domain expertise in reporting and analytics, learning how this domain intersects with all product features to drive customer value.
  • Use market research, product usage, and competitive analysis data to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Effectively context-switch between longer term strategic Initiatives related to Product OKRs, iterations on features you own that drive growth and adoption, health of your domain across defects and product ideas and escalations or roadmap questions from customers or GTM teams
  • Represent the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, bringing their voice into the creation process.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market, delivery teams, and cross-functional AMPED teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements.
  • Represent the product team on cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering often requiring persuasion.
  • Be part of a product development team as product owner, prioritising epics and stories into the team’s sprints, ruthlessly maintaining scope and protecting your team’s focus while creating buy-in with your team to build a successful product in small iterations
  • Share knowledge and experience with the broader product team through training sessions, presentations, and written communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management team, provided they are consistent with the employee's skills and qualifications.
