  • Incident & Fault Management: Respond to network alerts, triage incidents, and escalate issues to senior engineers and managed service providers (MSPs) as needed.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate outage notifications and scheduled maintenance with MSPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and minimise service disruptions.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, asset lists, and configuration baselines. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and incident reporting.

  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call roster, assisting with network recovery during critical events and liaising with clinical areas to ensure swift service restoration.

  • Learning & Development: Benefit from structured mentorship and exposure to enterprise-grade tools and platforms, with opportunities for professional growth and career progression in networking and IT infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Networking Knowledge: Foundational networking experience, ideally with a CCNA-level certification or equivalent.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and analyse network-related incidents and service degradation.

  • Communication: Clear, courteous communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including vendors, site teams, and corporate stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the broader network operations team.

  • Commitment to Excellence: Focus on maintaining high standards of documentation, procedures, and service delivery, with a keen eye for continuous improvement.
