What you will do:
Administer, configure and maintain shared systems such as Auth0, Sendgrid, etc.
Identify measurable opportunities for improvement in delivering support services and technology.
Define, document, and implement best practices for use of shared systems.
Proactively define, analyse, and report support metrics and SLAs to teams, product management and IT leadership.
Partner with geographically dispersed teams, providing clear and effective communication on goals and outcomes.
Maintain current high-level working knowledge of how custom software interacts with support tooling.
Work with vendors on current contracts, licensing, usage, etc.
Perform postmortem root cause analysis with product and IT teams.
Coordinate and direct work for a globally located team member.
Review and provide troubleshooting/technical support for tickets on custom and off the shelf software
What we are looking for:
Deep expertise in administration and configuration of enterprise applications.
Ability to identify issues, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives use root cause analysis.
Familiarity with modern web languages and frameworks such as .Net, Node.js, SQL and JavaScript.
Communicate well verbally and in writing, with various team members in roles that are both technical and non-technical.
Apt at quickly understanding new business domains and be creative and thoughtful about applying technology to improve processes and issues.

2+ years of experience in Organization wide platforms support
Preferred Skills
Ability to identify issues, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience in working with newer technologies and cloud concepts
Should have experience in the following tools/platforms:
a. Exposure to Azure portal
b. Knowledge of Auth0 platform
c. Overview of Sendgrid
d. Experience in using Azure DevOps
Education
BE / B. Tech in Computers or IT.
