As a Senior Manager II, Product and Brand Management, your expertise, vision, and strategy will enable you to bring new products to life as part of the Private Brands Creative Operations team at Sam’s Club. Leveraging your advocacy and influence, you’ll make a direct impact on the business and deliver on our brand promise of creating special for our members. Along the way, you’ll be guided by our deep-rooted culture and have the support you need to do your job, learn, grow, and succeed. What you’ll do…
In this role, which will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas, you will leverage relationships, data, and process to make member-centric recommendations and decisions, enhance effective internal and external partnerships, and build brand loyalty for the Member’s Mark brand.
Success in this role requires sound judgement, thoughtful planning, and the ability to influence others. You’ll use your executive presence to work with merchants and suppliers and navigate interesting, complex challenges related to bringing Member’s Mark products to life both in-club and online.

Creating and introducing new techniques that expedite or simplify the packaging development process.
Advising on the appropriate solutions to complex design and development problems.
Presenting to and influence diverse audiences across divisions using appropriate frameworks/tools.
Leveraging fact-based data & analytics insights to build a cohesive narrative, form an
argument, organize thoughts and present in a clear, concise & meaningful way.
Building, maintaining and enhancing effective internal and external partnerships through demonstrated integrity.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree/certification in project management, marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: At least seven years of experience in product or brand management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects end-to-end.
Expertise: Extensive project management expertise with an in-depth understanding of creative concepts and development; print production familiarity also a plus.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and management abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make/advocate customer-centric business decisions.
Additional Assets: Familiarity with Walmart/Sam’s Club private label brands and retail operations is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
