Job Summary

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will join a highly motivated team dedicated to developing innovative solutions for customers in the Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Robotics, and Industrial Automation sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for the specification and validation of our products. You will work closely with Firmware, Hardware, and Field Application Engineers to fulfil the requirements of our Engineering department. Additionally, you will conduct fault investigations on issues as they arise.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with firmware and hardware engineers to develop and execute test programs and procedure for verifying the firmware of our motion control products.
  • Design, Develop and deploy functional test systems for production testing.
  • Debug and fix existing failed automated test cases.
  • Design and execute regression test suites.
  • Propose new testing methods, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years experiences of working in QA automation.
  • Experience programming Microcontroller Peripherals such as GPIO, timers, USARTs, CAN, I2C, SPI.
  • Understanding of Electricity and Electronics.
  • Proficient in LabView and test tools.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to design Electrical boards for testing purposes is considered as plus.
  • Knowledge of Motion Control and Robotics is considered as plus.
  • English language: good speaking and writing level.
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
