We are hiring an AI Design Manager

Hybrid working model – Belgrade or Novi Sad office

Role and Responsibilities:

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for creating visual content and design solutions that support the company's strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by working on diverse projects, from digital presentations to visual assets for internal and external needs. You will participate in developing visual identities, creative campaigns, and digital products using modern tools and technologies.

Synechron is looking for a talented Ai-native to join the team. This role will be responsible for providing innovative AI-powered design solutions that deliver automated work at scale, supporting various global initiatives and corporate assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement latest AI innovations into company visual identity to optimize brand awareness and engagement across digital channels
• Leverage tools and automation platforms to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously improve ROI
• Collaborate with the global teams to integrate design solutions such as automated asset creation, predictive analytics, personalization, and customer segmentation into workflows
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for Ai-powered design generation, testing and optimizations to maintain effective competitive advantage
• Translate emerging capabilities into practical, scalable use cases
• Lead an enhanced SEO strategy, integrating semantic search, structured data, and generative content workflows to drive scalable organic growth
• Identify disruptive opportunities where AI can create differentiation

Required Experience

• Equipped with at least 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Curious, with a passion for digital innovation, and learning and applying new concepts
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
• Mac proficient user with experience across industry standard software - Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, AfterEffects, Jira). Also proficient with Microsoft tools – PPT and Excel. Experience with Figma and AI tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a Global team environment
• Willingness to learn, grow and develop skills and abilities
