-Remote Position, must live within 50 miles of Corporate Office, Grandville, MI
-Pay Range: $24.00 to $29.00 /hr based on related experience
-Part Time, 30+ Hours/Week, Fluctuates with Workload; Busiest times of the year are Jan-April.

The Leave Management & Safety Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of leave management, including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), personal, medical, military, bereavement, and the full cycle return-to-work process while ensuring compliance with associated employment regulations. This position leads the safety program, creates safety communication, and administers ongoing education initiatives. Additionally, the role involves directing and educating team members and managers on the leave process while providing backup support to the Workers' Compensation Specialist.
