What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, where the individual will manage payment posting for two areas, the physician and hospital group.

  • Managing day to day activities of multiple entries payment posting areas.
  • Collaborating with other Departments and Leadership
  • Develop and maintain appropriate Job Aides and SOPs for Payment Posting areas
  • Work with external vendors to maintain posting logic
  • Manage year end audits


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle or 11 years of revenue cycle experience
  • 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
  • Excellent Organization and Communication skills to communicate with client
  • Excellent Analytical skills using database tools (ex-Excel, SQL)


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Healthquest, Athena/ IDX and Epic
