Job Description
What is the opportunity?
This role will provide temporary backup support for primary supervisory positions (e.g., Complex Assistant Manager, Complex Operations Manager, Sr. Branch Service Manager, etc.) during their extended leave absences (e.g., 4–6 months). As a contingency resource, you will maintain operational continuity by executing predefined duties as outlined below and under the guidance of existing complex leadership. This national hybrid position requires flexibility to deploy virtually or on-site across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures during coverage periods.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $150,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
