We will count on you to:
Apply deep expertise in Career and Talent & Rewards Strategy to drive meaningful organizational change for clients, independently leading a wide range of strategic projects and serving as a workstream lead on major engagements.
Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution.
Analyze data and project components to generate insights, evaluate trends, and shape project direction; discuss scope and implications with Project Managers and Sponsors.
Develop, structure, and enhance client presentations and reports—using data and insights to create compelling narratives, exhibits, and recommendations.
Coordinate, validate, and review client data, including tracking submissions, identifying discrepancies, and proactively resolving issues with clients.
Interpret data to uncover “the story” behind the numbers, translating findings into actionable implications for clients’ talent, career, and rewards strategies.
Conduct research using internal databases and external sources to gather relevant business intelligence on clients and industries.
What you need to have:
7–9 years of total professional experience, preferably with direct, relevant experience in Career consulting, Talent & Rewards Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HR Consulting, or Strategy Consulting.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong presentation, communication, and project management capabilities supported by sound business acumen.
A self-motivated, detail-oriented, fast and accurate working style, with a willingness to go the extra mile for professional growth.
Preferably strong Excel skills.
Fluency in English.
