CACI is seeking a Program Management Office Operations Specialist to join our Team. This position supports a program supporting the PMO team to include clearances and procurement.
About the Role:
Responsible for support of program business and functional operations
Identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between DHS security and functional areas.
Submitting DOD clearances via CAST system
Purchase Requisition submittal’s in CACI's P2P system,
Manage RFQs and Purchase Requisitions in support of sourcing and procurement for both Government and CACI requirements.
Investigate existing practices and develop how-to/Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation on how to perform various tasks, processes, and procedures.
Identify program and business process issues, collaborating with stakeholders to gather as-is requirements and develop to-be enhancements.
Maintain Program labor charging tracker.
Required Qualifications:
(BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience
Experience in a business operations leadership role, preferably for a large Federal / IT contract/program.
Management and advisory experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Workday
Strong interpersonal skills for customer and employee interaction
Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities from both the client and CACI management.
Demonstrates effective people skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational knowledge.
