Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in JDA Transportation Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of JDA Transportation Management applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the timely delivery of projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in JDA Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS). - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in JDA Transportation Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
