Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Good to have skills : Microsoft Intune

Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage the deployment of applications/software products/patches across global end points (Physical/Virtual) and ensure the devices are maintained at latest levels per the company standards. • Deploy patches to address vulnerabilities in various applications/products within the remediation timelines and achieve compliance targets on a continuous basis. • Plan, configure and troubleshoot Intune configuration Profiles, Offline Domain Join, Azure AD conditional access policies, Certificate enrolment (NDES). • Manage the deployment/patching schedules, maintain SLAs and report the deployment/patching metrics to global leadership on the agreed frequency. Manage the schedule of the support staff and ensure availability of resources for deployment needs. • Develop automation for effective testing/rollout of the planned installs/upgrade/patch activities for seamless deployments across business users. • Manage the escalations from the stakeholders (Line of businesses, Technology leaders, Information Security) and ensure it is addressed to the fullest satisfaction. • Ensure the team follow the standard operating procedures in line with customer standards and appropriate records are maintained for any audit needs. • Participate in any major incident events requiring the intervention of deployment team for taking remedial actions and ensure the requirements are handled. Lead any remedial interventions on addressing security vulnerabilities on corporate devices. • Represent in Change approval board meetings and ensure changes are approved on-time. Provide the necessary clarifications to the technology leadership in the CAB meetings for change approvals. • Manage projects related to deployments and ensure it is executed within the defined timelines/budget. • Pro-actively collaborate, build and maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders (e.g Technology Leadership, Line of business, Information Security, Engineering, Software Packaging etc.) for successful end-point deployment outcomes. • Manage known risks and identify new ones. Foster the concept of continuous process improvement. Always look-out for improvements in end-point deployment and implement initiatives and demonstrate improvements in services Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Deep product knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange,Intune and SharePoint. - Strong understanding of IT operations and support processes. - Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a technical environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
