Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of campaign builders executing high volume omni-channel campaigns. This individual will be responsible for ensuring end user readiness to integrate and adopt new technology and support adoption of processes into daily operations.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Oversees daily operations of end-to-end multi-channel campaign creation and execution, supporting and mentoring their team throughout the process. Tracks and escalates project issues and risks as appropriate.
Supports build of complex, multi-channel campaigns. Will be expected to understand the flow of data between multiple systems and ensure accurate targeting for deployments
Continually iterate on, enforce, and socialize the QA and peer review process for all campaigns, partnering with QA teams where applicable
Enable change management by supporting and operationalizing roll out of new technology and operational process changes. Ensures operational plans are in line with business objectives.
Define and report on key metrics to measure operational and campaign effectiveness. Will be expected to socialize reports to leadership and ensure tight communication across teams
Will partner with offshore team lead on a regular basis to foster collaboration across teams, enabling round the clock campaign production
Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives.
Contributes to functional strategy development.
Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
